Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which reduces braking performance and can corrode brake components from inside. Warning signs include a soft or spongy brake pedal, decreased stopping power, or dark-colored fluid on your dipstick. Most vehicles benefit from a brake fluid flush every 2-3 years as preventive care.

Bareford GMC's Service Department can inspect your brake fluid and recommend flushing if needed. A fresh fluid change improves braking response and protects your entire brake system, especially important on trucks and SUVs that carry heavy loads.

Brake health is safety. Call (804) 445-2810 to have your brake fluid checked or schedule a flush.
