There were some of the typical pricing games, where they gave me a sheet displaying "selling price" that was a bit different from their web advertised pricing for the vehicle. Upon discussing with them, it wasn't difficult to correct. They also negotiated to reach an deal acceptable to me. A big plus to the sales team for their actions on the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. It was getting late and my wire transfer was delayed. Once it finally came in, they jumped through hoops to complete everything before closing for the day. The manager said "we will make it happen". Which was great as I live over an hour away from the dealership. The sales person even came in on his day off to give me the vehicle walkthrough. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I lived closer to have them service my vehicle.
